JED is the Joomla Extensions Directory

Every info fscking day I come across some wanker on #joomla (freenode) asking "Where can I download extensions/add-ons/components/modules/plugins/naked women for Joomla". This never fails to bring the info SRSS out of me. Honestly, you went to joomla.org, and you didn't see the big ass "button" that reads "Extensions"? You clicked on download, got sent to joomlacode.org, and you didn't see the big ass "button" that reads "Extensions"? That's a new level of "I dunt reed".

Visit the JED , and spend some quality time there. If you thought about it, someone probably already implemented it.
